Overall the platform has been reliable for my day trading on majors, and I haven’t had random disconnects or major requote issues. Spreads have been reasonable most of the time, but during high-impact news they can widen more than I expected, so I learned to be careful around those windows. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, which is important when I’m rebalancing margin. My main feedback is that the way some charges/adjustments appear in the history could be explained better in plain language—nothing alarming, just not very beginner-friendly. Support was polite and generally helpful, but I had one ticket that bounced between departments before I got a clear answer. In the end it was resolved, but it took longer than it should have. Would I keep using it? Yes, for the stability and execution, but I’d like more transparent, easy-to-read cost breakdowns inside the portal.
