I’m Nazia from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on an ACY Standard account for the last 6 months. Platform setup was quick and MT5 execution feels fast during normal market hours. Spreads are generally okay for my style (short intraday trades), though they widen during major news which I expected. Deposit by card worked on the first try and the balance reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some non-trading charges (conversion/processor fees) weren’t super obvious to me at the start, so I had to ask support to explain the breakdown. Support responded politely and didn’t try to oversell anything, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid experience for regular spot FX trading, just wish the cost summary was more transparent inside the client portal.

The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is the back-office portal experience: a few pages feel slow, and it took me a couple of clicks to find the exact statement I needed for my own tracking. Support was polite and answered within the same day when I asked about account settings. Would I keep it in my rotation? Yes, especially for day-to-day trading. I just want a cleaner, faster client area for reports and account admin.
