Overall my experience with ACY has been positive: order execution feels snappy during normal market hours and I haven’t had random disconnections on my side. Spreads are generally reasonable for my style (short intraday trades), though they do widen around major news which I expected. Deposit was straightforward and reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is the back-office portal experience: a few pages feel slow, and it took me a couple of clicks to find the exact statement I needed for my own tracking. Support was polite and answered within the same day when I asked about account settings. Would I keep it in my rotation? Yes, especially for day-to-day trading. I just want a cleaner, faster client area for reports and account admin.

Support was polite and did answer my questions, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a clear step-by-step. Overall: good trading conditions, average-ish user experience. I’ll keep it as one of my secondary accounts.
