Overall my experience with Monex has been solid: order execution feels consistent during normal market hours and I don’t see random re-quotes on my style (I’m more swing/position than high-frequency). The account opening process was straightforward and the platform tools cover what I need. Where I think they can improve is the client portal and reporting. Statements and trade history are there, but it takes a few extra clicks to find the exact breakdown I want, and the interface feels a bit dated on mobile. Fees and spreads were in line with my expectations for a standard setup—nothing shocking, but not the cheapest either. Deposits have been reliable for me. Withdrawals did go through, but one payout took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Support replied politely and did eventually resolve it, but I’d prefer more proactive status updates. Net: I’m comfortable continuing, mainly because the trading side has been dependable, but I’d love to see a more modern portal and faster withdrawal turnaround.
