I’m Omar from Ajman and I’ve been using Monex mainly for FX majors and some gold. Execution has been stable for my style (short holds, 5–30 minutes) and I don’t see many random price jumps. Spreads feel reasonable in normal market hours, although around big news I noticed they widen more than I expected, so I avoid trading CPI/NFP here. Deposit was straightforward and credited the same day. Withdrawal worked, but it wasn’t instant—my bank transfer took a couple of business days, which is fine but not ideal if you’re trying to move funds quickly. Support is polite and they follow up, but sometimes I have to repeat details when the ticket changes hands. Overall I’m comfortable keeping a mid-sized account here, but I’d like a faster, more responsive mobile experience and clearer communication on weekend processing times.
