I’m Fatima from Ajman and I’ve been using Monex for about 6 months mainly for EUR/USD and gold. Overall the platform has been stable for me and I rarely had disconnects during active sessions. Order placement is straightforward and I didn’t feel like I was fighting the interface. The part I liked most is that the execution felt consistent during normal market conditions, and the account area shows the basics clearly (open trades, history, margin). Spreads looked fair for the times I trade (mostly London/NY overlap), but I’m not a scalper so I can’t judge micro-moves. What could be better: the deposit process felt a little less modern compared to some app-first brokers. It works, but it wasn’t as quick/clean as I expected and I had to double-check my steps. Support answered my questions politely, though sometimes I had to follow up once to get a fully detailed response.
