I’m Ananya from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD on a Standard account. Overall execution has been decent for my style (short intraday trades and occasional swing holds), and spreads on majors are usually acceptable during London/NY overlap. Deposit went through without drama, but I found the client portal a bit clunky on mobile—some pages take a couple of refreshes to load, and finding past transaction history isn’t as straightforward as it should be. Support has been polite and consistent. I asked about swap rates and contract specs and they shared the correct pages, though I still had to double-check a few details myself. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m comfortable continuing with a small-to-medium balance while I test more pairs.

Execution has been mostly fine during normal market hours and spreads are acceptable for my style (short swing trades, not heavy scalping). The part that needs improvement is the client area—uploading documents and finding statements feels clunky, and I had to click around more than necessary to get basic account info. Deposits went through without issues, but withdrawals were a bit inconsistent: one came quickly and another took longer than I expected with no clear status updates in the portal. Support replied politely and eventually clarified the steps, but it wasn’t proactive. Overall, it’s usable and I can trade without major problems, but the back-office experience and transparency on processing times could be better.
