I’m Neha from Pune and I opened an Anzo account mainly for intraday FX (EURUSD/GBPUSD) with some gold scalps. Execution on market orders felt mostly fine and I didn’t notice anything obviously strange with fills during normal liquidity hours. Spreads were acceptable on my Standard account, but the overall client portal experience felt a bit clunky—especially when trying to find past deposit receipts and trade reports quickly. Deposit went through without drama, but the withdrawal process wasn’t as smooth as I expected. My first withdrawal took longer than the timeline I had in my head, and I had to double-check the status a couple of times. Support did reply, but the answers were a little generic and I had to ask follow-up questions to get a clear update. Overall: tradable conditions, but the back-office and communication could be tighter.

I’m Arjun from Mumbai and I opened a Standard account mainly to test execution on EURUSD and XAUUSD during London hours. Spreads were mostly acceptable and the platform stayed stable for my basic day trades. The problem was the overall onboarding experience: the verification steps weren’t clearly explained, and I had to redo one document upload because the portal didn’t flag what was wrong. Deposits worked, but the available methods for INR felt limited for my situation, so I ended up using a card deposit. Support eventually clarified things, but responses were a bit slow when I asked about account status. Overall it’s usable, just not as smooth as I expected for a first-time setup.
