I’m Vikram from Chennai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD. My overall experience with Capex has been positive: the platform feels stable during London open and I haven’t had any random disconnects on my side. Order placement is straightforward, and the charts load fast even on my laptop with average internet. What I liked most was how easy it was to get started and find basic tools without digging through menus. Spreads looked reasonable on majors most of the time, and my market orders were filled without noticeable delays for my position sizes. What I didn’t love is that the overall trading costs (spread vs any other fees) weren’t presented as clearly as I’d prefer, so I had to double-check details before getting comfortable. Also, some sections of the client portal feel a bit “sales-y” compared to what I’m used to. Still, for a standard retail setup it’s been a solid experience so far and I’m continuing with a small-to-medium account size.

Using Capex from Lucknow for about 8 months on a Standard account. I trade mostly USD/JPY and EUR/USD, occasionally XAU/USD. Deposits through UPI were quick (under 20 minutes). Trading conditions are okay for a retail account, but spreads can widen during US data releases. Withdrawals are where they lose points. One withdrawal hit my bank account in 3 working days, another took 7 working days and I had to open a ticket. Support replies, but they don’t give a firm timeline and the back-and-forth feels unnecessary. Overall: usable broker, but if you need fast withdrawals every time, manage expectations.
