On normal market conditions the pricing feels competitive for my style, but I did notice spreads widening more than I expected around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right before releases. Deposits went through smoothly and reflected in the balance quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but the processing time wasn’t always consistent—one request was fast and another took an extra day with no clear status updates until I followed up. Support was polite and answered my platform questions clearly, though I’d love more proactive notifications about processing stages. Overall it’s been a positive experience with a few areas that could be more transparent.

I’m Arjun from Bangalore and I opened a Standard account to test IntroFX for day trading on majors. Account verification and MT4 login were straightforward and I was trading the same day. Spreads on EUR/USD and GBP/USD were generally acceptable during London hours, though they widened a bit around news which is expected. Deposits went through without any drama on my side and the balance updated quickly. My only gripe is the withdrawal process felt a little manual—there were a couple of back-and-forth emails to confirm details and it took longer than I anticipated. Support was polite and followed up, but I’d like a clearer timeline shown inside the client portal. Overall: good for basic trading and testing strategies, but they can improve the withdrawal workflow and status updates.
