I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using ACY mostly for EUR/USD and gold scalps on a Standard account. Execution has been stable for me during normal sessions and I haven’t had random disconnects, which is my biggest priority. Deposits went through quickly with no back-and-forth, but I’d like the app/web area to show a simpler, upfront breakdown of any processing fees and expected timelines before I click confirm. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my requests took longer than I expected and I had to check in with support to get a clear ETA. Support was polite and actually read my question instead of sending copy/paste replies. Overall I’m satisfied, just want more transparency around the payment flow and status updates.
