Solid spreads on majors, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Priya from Mumbai and I’ve been using ACY on and off for about 6 months on a Standard account. Execution on EURUSD/GBPUSD feels quick for my style (mostly London session scalps) and the spreads are generally competitive during normal hours. I also like that the platform connection has been stable—no random disconnects in the middle of a trade so far. Where it loses a point for me is the client portal experience. Depositing worked fine, but the screens feel a bit clunky on mobile and it’s not always obvious where to find certain account documents or history. Support was polite and did answer my questions, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a clear step-by-step. Overall: good trading conditions, average-ish user experience. I’ll keep it as one of my secondary accounts.
