Depositing was straightforward, but the onboarding/KYC process felt very formal and took a couple of back-and-forth emails to get everything matched exactly. Support was polite and clear once I reached the right person, but initial replies sometimes felt templated. Withdrawals were okay overall, just not as fast as I expected on one request (it landed, but took longer than my usual benchmarks).
