My main gripe is that the cost breakdown isn’t always presented in a way that’s easy to understand—especially when you’re comparing overnight charges across instruments. I had to dig through the help pages to confirm how certain fees were calculated. Support did answer, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a straight explanation. Deposits were smooth for me and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected on one occasion (still within the stated window). If they improve transparency around charges and make the fee reporting more user-friendly, it would be close to a 5 for my style of trading.
