Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

I’m Omar from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold. Overall my experience with Monex has been solid: order execution feels consistent during normal market hours and I don’t see random re-quotes on my style (I’m more swing/position than high-frequency). The account opening process was straightforward and the platform tools cover what I need. Where I think they can improve is the client portal and reporting. Statements and trade history are there, but it takes a few extra clicks to find the exact breakdown I want, and the interface feels a bit dated on mobile. Fees and spreads were in line with my expectations for a standard setup—nothing shocking, but not the cheapest either. Deposits have been reliable for me. Withdrawals did go through, but one payout took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Support replied politely and did eventually resolve it, but I’d prefer more proactive status updates. Net: I’m comfortable continuing, mainly because the trading side has been dependable, but I’d love to see a more modern portal and faster withdrawal turnaround.

Withdrawals did arrive, but the timeline wasn’t as predictable as I expected; one request took longer than the earlier one, which made planning a bit annoying even though it eventually landed. Support has been polite and professional. I didn’t always get an immediate first reply, but when they responded they addressed the exact question and didn’t push me into taking extra risk or upgrading anything. If they streamline onboarding/verification and make withdrawal timing more consistent, this would be close to a 5 for me.

Spreads are generally okay for my swing trades, though during major news I did notice the pricing widen more than I expected. Deposits from my side were straightforward and I could see the balance update without needing to chase anyone. The only part that felt a bit slow was the initial account setup and document checks. Support answered my basic questions, but the replies were more “template style” than detailed. I’m giving 4 stars because the trading experience is solid, but there’s room to improve onboarding speed and support clarity.

Spreads are generally fine for my swing trades, and the app/web experience is clean enough for quick checks. My main gripe is that the cost breakdown isn’t always presented in a way that’s easy to understand—especially when you’re comparing overnight charges across instruments. I had to dig through the help pages to confirm how certain fees were calculated. Support did answer, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a straight explanation. Deposits were smooth for me and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected on one occasion (still within the stated window). If they improve transparency around charges and make the fee reporting more user-friendly, it would be close to a 5 for my style of trading.
