I’m Khalid Khan from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been using Rakuten Sec for the last 6 months on a Standard account. My main focus is major FX pairs and I trade mostly during London/New York overlap. Overall the experience has been reliable—orders go through without drama and the pricing looks consistent during normal market conditions. What I liked: execution felt stable and I didn’t notice random platform freezes on my side. The account dashboard is clear enough once you learn where everything is, and trade history/export is handy for reviewing my journal. What could be better: the platform workflow isn’t the most intuitive at first, so setting alerts and managing multiple watchlists took me a while. Also, withdrawals were not instant for me—nothing alarming, just slower than I expected. Support was decent: I contacted them once about a statement/report format and got a helpful response after some back-and-forth. Not perfect, but professional. Net: solid broker experience for me so far, with room to improve on the user experience and speed of cash-outs.

I’m Arjun from Bangalore and I’ve been using Rakuten Securities for about 6 months. Overall the platform feels polished and reliable. Order placement is straightforward, charts load quickly, and I haven’t had random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads on the majors were reasonable for my style (mostly intraday EUR/USD and USD/JPY) and execution felt consistent with minimal requotes. What I didn’t love was the onboarding/KYC pace. I had to resubmit one document because the upload looked slightly blurry, and the verification timeline stretched out more than I expected.
