For forex swing trades, the platform feels stable and the order tickets are straightforward—no confusing extra steps when placing stops/limits. Spreads are fine for my style (I’m not scalping), and I like that the account dashboard makes it easy to see margin and P/L without digging through menus. Deposits have been smooth on my side and show up when expected. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals: they did go through, but one took longer than I anticipated and the status updates weren’t very descriptive. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to nudge them once to get a clearer timeline. Overall, good experience for a cautious retail trader who values a tidy UI and steady execution over flashy promos.

I’m Arjun from Bangalore and I’ve been using Rakuten Securities for about 6 months. Overall the platform feels polished and reliable. Order placement is straightforward, charts load quickly, and I haven’t had random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads on the majors were reasonable for my style (mostly intraday EUR/USD and USD/JPY) and execution felt consistent with minimal requotes. What I didn’t love was the onboarding/KYC pace. I had to resubmit one document because the upload looked slightly blurry, and the verification timeline stretched out more than I expected. Support was polite and gave clear instructions, but it still added friction at the start. Deposits were smooth once the account was active. Withdrawals worked, but I’d like a bit more transparency on processing stages (it sometimes feels like you’re waiting without updates).
