Main Cgscimb par 18 months se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.

I’m Zainab from Dubai and I’ve been trading with this broker for around 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the experience has been consistent: orders go through without surprises and the statements/reporting are easy for me to reconcile at month-end. Spreads and pricing felt reasonable for my style (mostly majors, some gold), and I haven’t had random platform disconnects during the sessions I trade. Where it loses a star for me is the day-to-day usability: the client portal feels a bit “corporate” and slow, and some settings take more clicks than they should (especially around account documents and confirmations). Support was polite and professional when I asked about a fee line item, but the first response was a bit generic and I had to follow up to get a clearer explanation. Deposits have been straightforward. I haven’t had a major withdrawal issue, but one payout took longer than I expected compared to other apps I’ve used, so I’m keeping the withdrawal rating slightly lower until I see more consistency.

Chennai se Sneha. Standard account me 5 months se trade kar rahi hoon. Deposit UPI se ₹15k kiya, within 10 minutes credit ho gaya. Pairs: mostly EURUSD aur GBPUSD swing trades. Normal days me spreads acceptable, but Friday evening ko spread jump karta hai. Platform stable raha, crash nahi hua. KYC process thoda strict laga—address proof ke liye re-upload karna pada. Withdrawal: ₹10k bank transfer (SBI) 3 days me aa gaya, but ₹22k wala withdrawal 5+ days chala and support ko remind karna pada. Support polite hai, bas response thoda slow. Overall 3/5.

Main Mumbai se hoon, Standard account use kar raha hoon around 6-7 months. EUR/USD aur USD/JPY mostly trade karta hoon. Spreads normal days pe theek rehte hain, but jab CPI/NFP jaisa news hota hai tab spread widen + thoda slippage aa jata hai. Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha, almost instant credit hua. Problem bas withdrawal side pe laga—pehli baar bank transfer (ICICI) 2 days mein aa gaya, but last month ek withdrawal ko 4 business days lag gaye. Support ko WhatsApp/chat pe ping kiya, response milta hai but same line: “in process, wait 24 hours”. Clear reason nahi batate. Broker scam nahi laga, but speed aur communication better honi chahiye.

I’m Arjun from Mumbai and I’ve been using CGS-CIMB mostly for FX majors alongside a bit of index exposure. Execution has been consistent during normal hours and I haven’t seen random disconnects or strange price spikes on my side. The overall experience feels reliable, which matters more to me than flashy features. That said, the platform/UI looks a little old-school and I had to spend time setting up watchlists and basic workflows the way I like. Research and account views are okay, but not as smooth as some newer apps. Deposits were straightforward, but withdrawals took a little longer than I expected (still arrived, just not “same/next day” fast). Support answered my questions, though the first response felt template-like until I clarified what I needed. Overall, I’d keep it as a dependable option, but I’d love to see a more modern app experience and clearer timelines on withdrawals.
