My main reason for trying IC Markets was execution quality, and overall it’s been reliable for my scalps and intraday trades. Spreads were generally in line with what I expected and I didn’t notice weird price behavior during normal market hours. Deposits were straightforward from my side and credited without surprises. Withdrawals did go through, but the status updates in the client portal felt a bit unclear—one of my requests looked “pending” longer than I expected even though it eventually landed. Support was helpful when I asked about the timeline; they explained the steps and what to check, but I still think the portal UX could make it easier to understand what’s happening. Overall: good trading conditions and I’m comfortable continuing, but there’s room to improve the dashboard and withdrawal progress visibility.

Good spreads, average support during peak hours

I opened an IC Markets account to compare spreads and fees with my usual broker. Spreads on majors were competitive and my limit orders filled as expected most of the time.
