Good spreads, average support during peak hours

I opened an IC Markets account to compare spreads and fees with my usual broker. Spreads on majors were competitive and my limit orders filled as expected most of the time. However, when volatility picked up around US news, I noticed more slippage than I anticipated (not terrible, but noticeable).
