I’m Omar from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been using IC Markets mainly for EUR/USD and XAU/USD intraday. Execution has been consistently quick for my style (short holds, multiple entries), and spreads on the majors are usually competitive during London/NY overlap. I also like that the platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t feel pushed into taking bonuses or anything like that. What keeps this from being a full 5 stars is the overall “account area” experience. Some settings and documents are a bit buried, and I had to double-check a couple of times to confirm which account/server I was logging into. Also, around major news events, costs can widen more than I’d like (not unexpected, but noticeable if you scalp). Overall: solid trading conditions and reliable enough that I keep it as one of my main accounts, just hoping for a smoother portal/UI and clearer account labeling.
