Using Axi for 6 months. Spreads are acceptable but not the best I have seen. Support answered my KYC query eventually. Would say it is an average experience overall.

Overall my experience with Axi has been positive: execution feels stable during normal market hours and the platform setup was straightforward. Depositing by card was quick and the funds appeared in my account without any back-and-forth. What keeps this from being a perfect score is the withdrawal process. I did receive my money, but the status updates were a bit confusing and I had to double-check the exact cut-off times and which method it would return to. Support was polite and answered, but the guidance felt a little “copy/paste” until I asked very specific questions. If you’re a new trader, it’s workable—just keep screenshots of your requests and read the withdrawal method rules carefully.

I’m Neha from Chennai and I’ve been trading part-time after work. My Standard account setup was quick and the platform connection has been stable for me during London/NY overlap. Spreads on majors felt reasonable most days, and market orders generally filled without any drama. What kept this from being a perfect score is the funding experience. Card/UPI-style methods are not always available for my region, so I relied on bank transfer. The deposit landed, but it wasn’t instant and the status updates inside the portal could be clearer. I also had one withdrawal that took longer than I expected, though it did arrive. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to nudge once to get a timeline. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, just wish the payments flow and notifications were more transparent.

Overall the execution has been reliable for my style (mostly intraday), and I haven’t had random disconnects during busy sessions. Spreads feel reasonable most of the time, though they can widen around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right on the release. Deposit was smooth and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my requests took longer than I expected and the status updates weren’t very descriptive, so I had to follow up once. Support was polite and cleared it up, but I’d like clearer tracking in the client portal. If they improve the UI/portal clarity and add better in-app explanations for fees/processing times, it would be close to a 5 for me.

I trade forex and gold on Axi from Chennai. Platform is stable and deposits are quick via Skrill. One withdrawal took extra verification and four days, which was frustrating but I did receive the full amount.
