Order execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday), and I haven’t had any surprise behavior around fills. Funding the account was straightforward and the deposit showed up without issues. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is mostly the user experience: some parts of the client area and reporting feel old-fashioned, and I had to dig a bit to find certain statements and confirmations. Support was polite and clear when I asked about margin requirements and trading hours for specific instruments. I didn’t need heavy hand-holding, but when I did reach out I got useful answers. Overall, it’s a good option if you value stability more than a modern “app-like” feel.

The platform has been stable for me with no random disconnects during active sessions, and I like how the account statements and trade history export cleanly (helps when I reconcile my journal). Spreads and fills have been consistent on normal market hours. During a couple of high-volatility news minutes I did see wider spreads, but nothing that felt out of line compared to what I expect in those conditions. My only real friction was the onboarding/KYC side. It wasn’t a “problem” but it took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t accepted. Once the account was live, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Overall I’m comfortable keeping this as one of my regular accounts, but I’d like to see faster account verification and clearer status updates during onboarding.
