I’m Hessa from Dubai and I’ve been using Capex on and off for a few months for mostly major FX pairs and a bit of gold. The platform itself feels stable and the order execution has been fine for my swing trades. The charts are clean, and I like that basic risk tools are easy to find. My main negative is that the cost details (spreads/overnight charges) took me a little time to fully understand inside the app. Nothing felt “wrong,” just not as transparent as I’d like for quick comparison. Once I got used to it, it was okay. Depositing was straightforward with my card and the funds showed up quickly. I did one withdrawal as a test; it arrived, but it wasn’t instant and I had to check the status twice. Support was polite and answered my questions, but responses weren’t always immediate during busy hours. Overall: good experience, I’ll keep it as a secondary account, but I’d love clearer fee breakdowns and a faster withdrawal status flow.

Works, but not the fastest for payouts

Using Capex from Lucknow for about 8 months on a Standard account. I trade mostly USD/JPY and EUR/USD, occasionally XAU/USD. Deposits through UPI were quick (under 20 minutes). Trading conditions are okay for a retail account, but spreads can widen during US data releases. Withdrawals are where they lose points. One withdrawal hit my bank account in 3 working days, another took 7 working days and I had to open a ticket. Support replies, but they don’t give a firm timeline and the back-and-forth feels unnecessary. Overall: usable broker, but if you need fast withdrawals every time, manage expectations.
