Deposits were quick and the steps were clear, but on the withdrawal side I felt the status updates could be more transparent. My last withdrawal wasn’t “stuck,” but it took longer than I expected and I had to check in with support to understand the timeline. Support did reply and explained the processing stages, but I’d prefer if the app showed that info up front. Overall it’s a solid experience and I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping for more predictable withdrawal ETAs and clearer notifications.

Works, but not the fastest for payouts

Using Capex from Lucknow for about 8 months on a Standard account. I trade mostly USD/JPY and EUR/USD, occasionally XAU/USD. Deposits through UPI were quick (under 20 minutes). Trading conditions are okay for a retail account, but spreads can widen during US data releases. Withdrawals are where they lose points. One withdrawal hit my bank account in 3 working days, another took 7 working days and I had to open a ticket. Support replies, but they don’t give a firm timeline and the back-and-forth feels unnecessary. Overall: usable broker, but if you need fast withdrawals every time, manage expectations.
