I’m Youssef from Dubai and I’ve been using Capex for around 6 months as a swing trader on majors (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD) with some gold exposure. The onboarding was smooth and the platform feels stable—orders go through without drama and I haven’t had random disconnects during active sessions. What I like most is the overall usability: charts are easy to navigate, watchlists are quick to set up, and it’s straightforward to manage risk with stop-loss and take-profit. Spreads have generally been acceptable for my style, especially outside of major news. The main downside is cost transparency. I ran into a couple of moments where I had to dig to understand why my net result was slightly different than expected (swap/overnight and some small charges). Nothing shocking, but I’d prefer clearer breakdowns right inside the account history. Support has been polite and helpful when I asked about account settings and trading conditions, although responses weren’t always instant during peak hours. Overall, it’s a good experience for me, just needs more upfront clarity on all the small line-item costs.

Spreads looked reasonable on majors most of the time, and my market orders were filled without noticeable delays for my position sizes. Works, but not the fastest for payouts

Using Capex from Lucknow for about 8 months on a Standard account. I trade mostly USD/JPY and EUR/USD, occasionally XAU/USD. Deposits through UPI were quick (under 20 minutes). Trading conditions are okay for a retail account, but spreads can widen during US data releases. Withdrawals are where they lose points. One withdrawal hit my bank account in 3 working days, another took 7 working days and I had to open a ticket. Support replies, but they don’t give a firm timeline and the back-and-forth feels unnecessary. Overall: usable broker, but if you need fast withdrawals every time, manage expectations.
