I’m Fatima from Ajman and I’ve been using Flowbank mostly for light FX trading and keeping an eye on markets from my phone. The app/web platform feels clean and stable, and I like how quickly I can find instruments and place a basic market/limit order without too many steps. Spreads on the majors looked reasonable for my style (I’m not scalping), and execution felt consistent during normal hours. Where it lost a star for me is the little operational stuff: the first time I deposited, the verification flow asked for an extra document after I thought I was finished, and that back-and-forth slowed down my start. Also, the pricing/fees pages could be clearer because I had to double-check what applies to my account. Withdrawals did arrive, just not as fast as I expected on one occasion, and I had to nudge support to confirm the status. Support was polite and helpful once I reached them, but I’d prefer faster first responses. Overall, I’d keep it for occasional trading and monitoring, but if you’re doing very frequent trades you might want to compare conditions first.

The platform feels modern and stable, and my market orders on EUR/USD were generally filled without surprises during normal liquidity. I also liked that the account dashboard is easy to understand and I could track margin and exposure quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC pace and a couple of small UX friction points. My verification wasn’t instant and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was “unclear” even though it looked fine on my phone. After that, everything ran smoothly. Deposits worked fine for me and showed up the same day, while withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I expected (still received them, just took longer than a local bank transfer). Support was polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to wait for a follow-up email rather than getting a complete answer in the first chat response.
