The app/UI feels modern and stable and the order placement is straightforward, which matters when I’m managing positions during work hours. Execution has been generally smooth with no obvious surprises on normal market conditions. Spreads looked reasonable for my style, though I’m not scalping so I’m not the most sensitive to every tenth of a pip. Deposits were easy on my side and credited without drama. Withdrawals worked, but I wish the status updates were more transparent (it feels like it’s “processing” for a bit without much detail). Support has been polite and useful when I asked about statements and trade history export. Overall I’m happy enough to keep it as one of my accounts, but I’d like improved reporting/export options and clearer withdrawal tracking.

The platform feels modern and stable, and my market orders on EUR/USD were generally filled without surprises during normal liquidity. I also liked that the account dashboard is easy to understand and I could track margin and exposure quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC pace and a couple of small UX friction points. My verification wasn’t instant and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was “unclear” even though it looked fine on my phone. After that, everything ran smoothly. Deposits worked fine for me and showed up the same day, while withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I expected (still received them, just took longer than a local bank transfer). Support was polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to wait for a follow-up email rather than getting a complete answer in the first chat response.
