On the trading side, fills were generally okay for the majors I trade (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD) and I didn’t notice anything wildly inconsistent during normal liquidity. The downside is the client area: it feels a bit clunky and I had to double-check a few settings because the wording isn’t always clear. Deposits went through without drama, but the overall experience is a mix—good enough to trade, yet not polished. If they improve the dashboard and make the funding/confirmation flow clearer, I’d be more confident keeping more capital there.

The main downside is the follow-up from the account manager—too many calls when I’m trying to stick to my own plan. Support did resolve my one ticket about swap display, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages. Overall it’s usable, just not a ‘set and forget’ experience. Withdrawals did arrive, but the timeline felt inconsistent—one request was fast and another one took several business days longer than I expected. Support was polite and followed up, but answers sometimes felt templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct response.
