I opened a Standard account and have been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold from Al Ain for about 6 months. Platform access was straightforward and orders generally filled without drama during normal market hours. Spreads were acceptable for my style, but I kept running into small “surprise” costs (like funding/provider fees) that weren’t explained clearly upfront in one place. Deposits by card went through quickly and the portal is easy to use. Withdrawals did arrive, but the timeline felt inconsistent—one request was fast and another one took several business days longer than I expected. Support was polite and followed up, but answers sometimes felt templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct response. Overall: usable and not a disaster, but I’d like more transparent, itemized fee explanations and clearer withdrawal time expectations before I’d rate it higher.
