Spreads are okay for majors, but during high-impact news I noticed more widening than I expected, so I avoid scalping around releases. Deposits went through without drama (UPI/bank transfer worked for me), and the client portal is simple enough. The main downside is the follow-up from the account manager—too many calls when I’m trying to stick to my own plan. Support did resolve my one ticket about swap display, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages. Overall it’s usable, just not a ‘set and forget’ experience. If they toned down the sales-y communication and improved transparency around spread changes, I’d rate it higher.

Deposits by card went through quickly and the portal is easy to use. Withdrawals did arrive, but the timeline felt inconsistent—one request was fast and another one took several business days longer than I expected. Support was polite and followed up, but answers sometimes felt templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct response. Overall: usable and not a disaster, but I’d like more transparent, itemized fee explanations and clearer withdrawal time expectations before I’d rate it higher.
