Spreads were generally acceptable on majors, although around news they widened more than I expected, so I learned to avoid entering right before high-impact releases. Depositing was straightforward using my preferred method and the funds reflected quickly. The client portal works, but it feels a bit clunky on mobile (too many clicks to find statements and open positions). Support was responsive when I asked about swap rates and contract specs—they answered clearly, but it took a follow-up to get the exact link I needed. Overall I’m staying with them for now because the trading side feels stable, but I’d love a cleaner dashboard and more transparent fee/conditions pages in one place.

Deposits by card went through quickly and the portal is easy to use. Withdrawals did arrive, but the timeline felt inconsistent—one request was fast and another one took several business days longer than I expected. Support was polite and followed up, but answers sometimes felt templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a direct response.
