Smooth MT5 execution, but bank transfer timing needs clarity

I’m Neha from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and gold on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the platform side has been solid for my style (short intraday trades). Orders usually fill quickly and I haven’t noticed random freezes during active sessions. Deposits were straightforward for me, but the experience depends on the method. Card deposit reflected quickly, while my bank transfer took longer than I expected and the tracking/status messages inside the client area weren’t very clear. I didn’t lose money, it just felt like I had to guess whether it was “processing” or “received.” Withdrawals did arrive, but one payout took a couple of extra business days compared to my earlier one. Support was polite and they answered, but the responses were a bit template-like and I had to ask follow-up questions to get a direct timeline. Overall: good trading experience and decent service, but I’d like more transparent processing updates for transfers and withdrawals.
