Execution has felt stable during normal market hours and the platform didn’t freeze on me, which is honestly my baseline requirement. Deposits went through without drama, but the cost structure (especially around overnight charges and some non-trading fees) could be displayed more clearly in one place. Support was responsive when I asked basic platform questions, though I had to repeat context once when my chat got transferred. Overall I’m happy enough to keep it as one of my secondary accounts, but I’d like more transparency and a cleaner summary of charges inside the client area.

Spreads felt reasonable during normal market hours, though they do widen around major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but I wish the client area made it easier to track payment status and download clean statements without clicking through multiple menus. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and trading hours within the same day. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but the user portal UI and reporting could be more trader-friendly.
