Overall my experience has been positive: the platform feels stable during the London/NY overlap and order execution is consistent for my style (mostly intraday, not heavy scalping). Deposits were straightforward using my card and the funds reflected quickly. Where it can be improved is the “extra steps” around confirmations and occasional follow-up emails when I change something on the account—nothing major, just a bit slow when I’m trying to move quickly. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as I expected the first time (it took a couple of business days longer than the deposit side). Support was polite and did answer, but I had to follow up once to get a clear timeline. Spreads look competitive on majors in normal hours; they do widen around news so I avoid placing tight stops right before high-impact releases.
