Account opening was straightforward and I was able to get trading quickly without too many back-and-forth emails. Execution has felt stable during normal market hours and the platform didn’t freeze on me, which is honestly my baseline requirement. Deposits went through without drama, but the cost structure (especially around overnight charges and some non-trading fees) could be displayed more clearly in one place. Support was responsive when I asked basic platform questions, though I had to repeat context once when my chat got transferred. Overall I’m happy enough to keep it as one of my secondary accounts, but I’d like more transparency and a cleaner summary of charges inside the client area.
