I’m Ahmed from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been using Libertex for about six months on a Standard account. The platform is straightforward and I like how quickly I can open/close positions without getting lost in menus. Execution has been mostly smooth for my style (short intraday trades on majors), and I didn’t face any major technical issues. What I’d like to see improved is the way costs are explained before placing a trade. I can see the numbers, but the fee/spread/overnight cost breakdown could be more transparent at the moment of execution, especially when I’m switching between instruments. Once I understood how it works it was fine, but the first weeks I had to double-check a lot. Overall I’m satisfied and I still use it, but I’m giving 4 stars because the pricing display could be clearer for new traders.

I’m Omar from Dubai and I’ve been using Libertex for about 6 months as a side account for short-term trades. The platform feels lightweight and the order placement is straightforward, which matters when I’m managing entries during London open. Execution has been consistent for me and I haven’t had random disconnects. What I’d like improved is the way trading costs are shown. I can see the impact in the P&L, but I had to dig around to understand how certain charges/commissions are applied per instrument. Once I got used to it, it was fine, but the first week felt less transparent than it should. Deposits were smooth on my end and reflected quickly. I haven’t had major problems withdrawing, but one cashout took longer than expected and I had to follow up once. Support answered politely and the issue resolved without drama. Overall: solid experience for active trading, just needs clearer cost breakdowns on the trade ticket and statement.
