Main Acy par 1 year se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.

I’m based in Abu Dhabi. Used Acy Standard for 8 months. Deposit via bank card was quick (same hour). I traded EUR/USD, USD/JPY and some gold. Execution is generally fine, but during volatility I’ve seen noticeable spread expansion and a couple of slippage events on stop orders. Withdrawals are where it’s inconsistent: one request hit my UAE bank in 2 business days, another took 4 business days. Support is reachable, but they don’t provide specific timelines—mostly generic processing updates. Overall, it’s okay but not great.

I’m from Thiruvananthapuram. I used Acy on a Standard account for about 9 months. Deposit via bank transfer (SBI) reflected the same day. I mostly traded EUR/USD and USD/JPY, with occasional XAU/USD. On normal days, execution is fine and I didn’t face major platform outages. The mixed part is during high-impact news: spreads widen a lot and I saw slippage on stop orders. Withdrawals were not “instant” — first withdrawal took 2 business days, second one took 4 business days. Support replies, but the answers are very templated. Overall, okay broker but they need better support communication and more predictable withdrawals.

Hyderabad se trade karta hoon. Acy Standard account 7 months use kiya. Deposit netbanking se kiya (ICICI), same day credit ho gaya. Main mainly EURUSD, NAS100 (CFD) aur XAUUSD trade karta hoon. Normal sessions me charting/connection stable laga. Issue tab aata hai jab high volatility hoti hai—CPI/FOMC ke time stop-loss pe worse fill mila. Withdrawal 2 baar kiya: pehli baar 2 working days, dusri baar almost 4 working days. Support live chat pe 10-15 min wait hua, aur response basic hi tha. Overall experience mixed hai—day-to-day ok, but critical time pe improvements chahiye.

Main Noida se trade karta hoon. Acy par 8 months se Standard account use kiya. Deposit maine UPI (PhonePe) se kiya tha, amount credit mostly 10-15 min me aa gaya. Trading side pe EURUSD aur XAUUSD zyada trade kiya; normal time spreads okay rehte hain, but US news ke time slippage noticeable mila (2-4 pips types) aur gold me kabhi-kabhi spread jump. Withdrawal me mixed experience रहा. First withdrawal (₹25k approx) 2 working days me aa gaya, but second time (around ₹40k) ko 4 working days लगे aur koi clear update nahi mil raha tha. Support ko chat pe ping kiya, response aaya but generic tha—‘processing team’ wali line. Overall broker usable hai, but communication aur withdrawal timeline better ho sakta hai.
