Main Acy par 1 year se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.

I’m Arjun from Kochi and I’ve been trading with ACY on a Standard account for about 6 months. For my usual EURUSD and GBPUSD sessions, execution has been consistent and I haven’t seen weird re-quotes on market orders. Spreads look competitive most of the time, though they widen a bit around major news which I expected. My main gripe is the client area—basic things like finding statements and tracking deposit history takes more clicks than it should, and the layout feels a little old-school. Support was helpful when I asked about account verification steps, but the response time wasn’t instant. Overall, it’s been a solid experience and I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d like to see a cleaner portal and faster first-response on tickets.

I’m based in Abu Dhabi. Used Acy Standard for 8 months. Deposit via bank card was quick (same hour). I traded EUR/USD, USD/JPY and some gold. Execution is generally fine, but during volatility I’ve seen noticeable spread expansion and a couple of slippage events on stop orders. Withdrawals are where it’s inconsistent: one request hit my UAE bank in 2 business days, another took 4 business days. Support is reachable, but they don’t provide specific timelines—mostly generic processing updates. Overall, it’s okay but not great.

The platform side has been solid—orders go through quickly and I didn’t notice any weird re-quotes during normal market hours. Depositing was straightforward, but the deposit page felt a bit confusing at first because I had to double-check which method matched my bank/region. Withdrawals worked, but the first one took longer than I expected (it eventually arrived, just not as fast as the deposit). Support replied politely and pointed me to the right steps, though I had to follow up once to get a more specific timeline. Overall it’s been a decent experience for regular spot FX trading. If they simplify the funding instructions and set clearer expectations on withdrawal timeframes, it would easily be a 5/5 for me.

I’m Vikram from Delhi and I’ve been using ACY mainly for EUR/USD and XAU/USD on MT4. Execution has been generally smooth during normal hours and the spreads on majors feel competitive for a Standard account. The client portal is straightforward and deposits went through without any confusion. My only real negative is withdrawals: not denied, but slower than I expected. The first time I requested a withdrawal I had to re-confirm a document and it added extra waiting. Support was polite and explained what they needed, but the process didn’t feel as “instant” as the deposit side. Overall I’m satisfied and I’m keeping a smaller balance here for active trading, just wish the withdrawal flow was more predictable.
