Smooth MT4 execution, but funding options could be clearer

I’m Sneha from Chennai and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my day job. With ACY I opened a Standard account and started with small position sizes on major pairs (mostly EURUSD and GBPUSD). The platform side has been solid—orders go through quickly and I didn’t notice any weird re-quotes during normal market hours. Depositing was straightforward, but the deposit page felt a bit confusing at first because I had to double-check which method matched my bank/region. Withdrawals worked, but the first one took longer than I expected (it eventually arrived, just not as fast as the deposit). Support replied politely and pointed me to the right steps, though I had to follow up once to get a more specific timeline. Overall it’s been a decent experience for regular spot FX trading. If they simplify the funding instructions and set clearer expectations on withdrawal timeframes, it would easily be a 5/5 for me.
