Solid spreads on majors, small friction on withdrawals

I’m Vikram from Delhi and I’ve been using ACY mainly for EUR/USD and XAU/USD on MT4. Execution has been generally smooth during normal hours and the spreads on majors feel competitive for a Standard account. The client portal is straightforward and deposits went through without any confusion. My only real negative is withdrawals: not denied, but slower than I expected. The first time I requested a withdrawal I had to re-confirm a document and it added extra waiting. Support was polite and explained what they needed, but the process didn’t feel as “instant” as the deposit side. Overall I’m satisfied and I’m keeping a smaller balance here for active trading, just wish the withdrawal flow was more predictable.
