Solid platform feel, but the onboarding took patience

I’m Layla from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly majors and gold for about 6 months. My overall experience has been positive because the platform tools feel professional and order execution is generally smooth during normal market hours. The app and desktop experience is stable for me and I like having clear trade history and reporting. Where it could be better: the account setup/verification steps felt a bit drawn out, and I had to re-check a couple of documents because of small formatting issues (nothing dramatic, just time-consuming). Spreads and costs seem fair for the instruments I use, but around big news releases I noticed slippage more than I expected, so I avoid placing tight stops during those moments. Deposits have been straightforward, withdrawals are okay but not the fastest, and support is helpful when you reach the right person. Overall, I’d keep it as one of my main options, with the caveat that it’s not the most “quick and simple” broker when you’re in a hurry.
