I’m trading from Dubai and opened a live account mainly for the platform features and execution quality. Overall the order fills have been consistent for my style (mostly EUR/USD and gold intraday), and I like the depth of tools and the amount of info available in the platform. Spreads are usually reasonable, and I haven’t had any surprise behavior during normal market conditions. Where it lost a star for me is the onboarding and paperwork pace. Verification wasn’t difficult, but it felt slower than other brokers I’ve used, and I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t clear enough. After that, everything ran smoothly. Support was professional and detailed when I asked about margin settings and account reports. Deposits landed fine, and withdrawals worked, but I’d prefer a bit more clarity on timing and cut-off times. Overall I’m keeping the account and using it as one of my main options.
