I’m Omar from Al Ain and I’ve been using Dukascopy for about 6 months mainly for EUR/USD and gold. The platform feels professional and stable, and execution has been consistent during normal hours. Spreads are generally competitive on majors, and I like having detailed reports and order history for reviewing my trades. The downside for me was the onboarding/KYC pace—nothing dramatic, just more steps and back-and-forth than I expected. Also, the interface has a lot of options, which is great once you learn it, but it’s not the fastest to get comfortable with. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d love a smoother setup flow and clearer guidance for new users.
