I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall my experience with Startrader has been positive: orders go through quickly during normal market hours and the spreads on majors are competitive for the way I trade (short intraday positions, not heavy scalping). The account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t drag on. The trading platform feels stable and I haven’t had random disconnects, which matters when I’m managing positions around news. My only real drawback is that the deposit flow felt a bit more “manual” than I expected—there were a few steps and I had to double-check reference details to make sure the funds were credited correctly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I hoped compared with some other apps I’ve used. Support is polite and responsive on chat, though the first reply sometimes reads a bit templated and I have to ask a follow-up to get a direct answer. Still, they did resolve my questions without me chasing them for days. Would I continue using it? Yes, especially for the execution quality, but I’d like to see faster, more seamless funding and clearer timelines for withdrawals.

Deposits were straightforward via card/bank transfer and I didn’t face any failed transactions. My only minor issue is that some cost details (like when swaps apply and how they’re calculated) took me a bit of digging in the client area to fully understand. Support was responsive when I asked about leverage settings and account verification; the answers were polite and didn’t feel copy-pasted. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s been reliable, but I’d love a more transparent and easy-to-find breakdown of trading costs and account conditions.
